One of my resolutions this year is to invest more time in developing some skills (like photography, writing, cooking) which of course, justifies an investment in other certain things. Like a new camera! So, watch out because I am going to be posting some really great photographs...just as soon as I energize to learn how to use my camera beyond the confines of my couch. But, since I was so comfortable there yesterday, I did my first photoshoot sitting down. Here's my favorite star urchin object thing on the blur setting - I'm pretty sure the entire photo isn't actually supposed to be blurry, however. I mean, poor blurry ferm basket, it deserves better resolution :)
I believe this one feature is called drama or something. I like how it makes the sea urchin thing more mysterious and really kicks that book cover up notch, but I feel like it is overly accentuating the lack of plush pile in my old, old rug.
This is the pop art setting. Very poppy, no? Okay, so please hold me to it...better pictures in 2012 or bust!
